“No major problems - parking is expensive but you can use SpotHero to find less expensive parking overnight; staff was just fine; breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about= but certainly adequate options and portions. All in all it was a good place, well located.”

“The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. ”

“Had a decent stay. Valet parking is ridiculously priced. Our room faced the train - so it was pretty loud in the morning. The location of the property is the best quality - lots of great bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I’d stay here again - without a car.”

“The staff is enthusiastically friendly , the room was industrial chic -well appointed and the shower and soaps were incredible. The local gym was top notch and the roof top amenities were sublime.”

“We had a nice, spacious room in a great location of Wicker Park. There were tons of restaurants and shops right outside our door. We had a 3rd floor unit in this walk-up "hotel." My only slightly negative comment is that the mattress was a little soft/sunken in the middle.”
